Not with reasonable care. Keep the piece away from perfume, hairspray and water, wipe it with a dry cotton cloth after wear, and store it in the pouch provided. Most customers get several years of occasional wear from a piece.
We accept a return or replacement only if a piece arrives broken or damaged, or if the wrong item was sent — not for a change of mind. To claim, you must film a single continuous unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp on the same day your parcel is delivered.
