Orders are dispatched from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh within 24 to 48 working hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery is free on all orders above ₹499. Below ₹499 a flat charge of ₹49 applies and is shown before you confirm the order.
Cash on delivery is available across India at every serviceable PIN code. For COD orders we may call to confirm the order before dispatch.
A tracking link is shared on WhatsApp once the parcel is picked up by the courier. If you have not received it within 48 hours of ordering, message us and we will resend it.
If your order is for a specific wedding or festival date, please order at least three weeks ahead and tell us the date on WhatsApp so we can prioritise dispatch.
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail the parcel returns to us; we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, which may carry a further shipping charge.
