All jewellery sold by Bhuvi Jewels is artificial or fashion jewellery made from gold-polished brass or gold-polished alloy. It is not gold, gold-filled or hallmarked precious metal, and it is not sold as such. Product images are photographed as accurately as possible; slight variation in colour between screens is normal.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order.
An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the delivery details, and we will refund any amount already paid.
Delivery is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our refund and return policy, both of which form part of these terms.
All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, guides and the Bhuvi Jewels name and logo — belongs to Bhuvi Jewels and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a delivery delay caused by the courier.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
