We collect only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. If you pay online, the payment is processed by our payment gateway — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
Your information is used to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and — only if you have opted in — to send occasional updates about new designs.
Your name, address and phone number are shared with our courier partner solely to deliver the parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
The site uses cookies to remember the contents of your shopping bag and to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies through your browser; the bag will simply reset if you do.
Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete your marketing contact details at any time.

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
